For your registration packet to be complete, the following is required:
*  $150.00  2  Year Old, 3 Year Old & 4 Year Old Registration Fee
*  $200.00  Kindergarten Registration Fee
*  Birth Certificate
*  Social Security Card (Original)
*  Immunization Record OR Kindergarten: School Entrance Health Form (blue)
*  2 Local Emergency Names & Numbers
*  Doctor’s Name & Number
*  Insurance Information

NOTE:  10% tuition discount for additional children in same family.

2 YEAR OLDS     (Must turn 2 by Sept 30^th)
Note:  Children do not need to be toilet trained for these classes.
Also, children may enroll on a space available basis
3 Day Class     Monday-Wednesday-Friday       $220.00 monthly
2 Day Class     Tuesday-Thursday                       $180.00 monthly

3 YEAR OLDS      (Must turn 3 by September 30^th)
Note:  Children must be completely toilet trained for these classes.
4 Day Class     Monday thru Thursday             $240.00 monthly
3 Day Class     Monday-Wednesday-Friday    $220.00 monthly

PRE-K                    (Must turn 4 by September 30^th)
5 Day Class     Monday thru Friday                   $280.00 monthly
4 Day Class     Monday thru Thursday             $240.00 monthly

KINDERGARTEN   (Must turn 5 by September 30^th)
5 Day Class     Monday-Friday                       $320.00 monthly

TWO WEEKS WRITTEN NOTICE IS REQUIRED UPON WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM; OTHERWISE TUITION PAYMENT FOR THE TWO WEEKS MUST BE MADE.
