Food: Anything genuinely of Southwest Cuisine (which is, by the way, distinct from “Mexican” or even “TexMex”…and very difficult to find east of the Mississippi River…)

Sports Team: Believe it or not, Chicago Bears…but I really am a Walter Payton fan, even though is gone now…

Recreational Activity/Hobbies: Woodworking, bicycling, canoeing, wilderness camping (don’t get to do any of them very often these days)
