Iron sharpens iron — and that's exactly what Men's Ministry is about. We're a community of men committed to growing in faith, showing up for one another, and doing the hard work of becoming who God's called us to be.
The Men's Ministry provides a space for men to connect to each other and their faith through small groups, allowing them to explore their faith journey in an intentional setting, and events, built to encourage and equip. Through this ministry, men at London Bridge can grow spiritually, find encouragement, and forge lasting friendships as they navigate the challenges and triumphs of their lives with Christ at the center.
Mission
United through fellowship, mercy, forgiveness, and accountability, the men of London Bridge Baptist Church courageously empower other men toward Christlikeness with wisdom, love, discernment, trust, and integrity, guarding the purity of God’s Holy Word.
We pursue this through edifying servant leadership, missions with humility, intentional discipleship and community, purposeful servanthood, stewardship, and evangelism.
Vision
Our vision is to create a unified and secure brotherhood reflecting the lives of Christlike men called to The Great Commission.
Men's Discipleship
Jesus didn't suggest it — he commanded it. "Go and make disciples" (Matthew 28:19).

One to One Discipleship is your next step. Over nine weeks, you'll work through a guided study with another man of God, building the kind of relationship that sharpens faith and shapes character. If you've been thinking about taking your walk with Christ deeper, this is where that starts.

Discipleship is for anyone who desires to be a follower of Christ, strengthen their faith, and learn from others. No matter where you are in your faith journey, this discipleship plan is for you.

Men's Mentorship
Every man needs someone ahead of him in the journey — and every man has something to offer the one behind him. Mentorship Partnerships pair men together for the kind of steady, honest relationship that sharpens faith, builds character, and keeps you accountable for the long haul.​

After completing our nine-session discipleship course, you can be paired with a mentor who will walk alongside you for at least one year in an ongoing partnership built on trust, consistency, and a shared commitment to walking with Christ.

Who is this for?

Called to disciple or mentor others - If you've grown through your own walk with God and have wisdom worth passing on, we want to connect you with a man who needs it.
